RiverView Clinic is a multidisciplinary behavioral health care provider. The clinic serves south central Minnesota through its offices in Mankato and through satellite offices and outreach sites in nursing homes, community hospitals and residential treatment facilities. RiverView Clinic is located in the Regal office Building at 600 Reed Street, Suite 115, Mankato, Minnesota. (It is located behind Kentucky Fried Chicken and Tav on the Ave off of Madison Avenue.)
RiverView Clinic offers comprehensive behavioral health services for persons of all ages. The multidisciplinary staff includes the following:
Ages served include the spectrum from infants to the elderly. Services offered include assessment and treatment for a wide range of presenting problems and disabilities. Specialized consultation services are available to psychiatric inpatient, general medical inpatients, group homes, nursing homes, schools and other special settings. The clinic and staff strive to integrate behavioral health care into the health care community by maintaining hospital staff privileges and responsibilities.
RiverView Clinic is committed to the practice of scientific psychology and a model of human behavior which focuses upon biological, learning and environmental influences. Services offered are based on current scientific findings ("state of the art"). Clinicians’ professional training and academic background are based in the biobehavioral sciences with pre and postdoctoral training in clinical settings.
The Clinic’s Licensed Psychologists and Psychiatrists maintain hospital staff privileges at Immanuel-St. Joseph’s-Mayo Health System in Mankato and courtesy privileges in various other medical facilities in Southern Minnesota.
